Hand picked grapes, wild ferments, plenty of skin contact and no additions, Silver Wing make hand crafted preservative free wines. Made from Premium Waipara Pinot Noir. Fermentation was stopped with the addition of young Brandy. (Grape spirit aged 3 years in French oak) A 2013 barrel and a 2017 barrel were blended and bottled in 2019. 750mL 19%ABV
